Calculation Notes

Senior and junior debt equal the selected EBITDA turns multiplied by run-rate EBITDA. The vendor loan equals its selected share of the purchase price. Equity funds the difference between total uses and debt, with a floor of zero. If debt exceeds uses, the excess stays visible in the balance check.

Annual interest is each debt balance multiplied by its selected rate. Interest cover has no finite value when annual interest is zero. Editable rates and amounts are fictional demonstration inputs, not a financing offer or a lender's terms. Inputs stay in this browser and are not sent anywhere.
